About Jet Stiffler, President & CEO
Jet has been involved with Process Safety Management since 1995. She started the company after the PSM Standard became law in 1992. Early on, she led a team that developed Mechanical Integrity Programs at several Houston Refineries and Chemical Plants. Her team worked closely with the OSHA South Houston office personnel to ensure they were meeting the requirements of the OSHA 1910.119 standard.
She became actively involved in the Ammonia Refrigeration Industry in 1999 to help facilities implement the EPA’s Risk Management Plan. Since that time, she has dedicated her career to providing competitive and dependable RMP and PSM compliance services to the refrigeration industry.
Jet has owned two PSM companies, the most recent being JS Compliance, which she established in 2015 and continues to be very innovative and creative in developing robust PSM and RMP compliance programs.

Donnon Hodge, Instructor
Donnon Hodge brings over 20 years of experience in the food processing industry, with a decade focused on industrial refrigeration. His strong background in Quality Assurance, Safety, and thermodynamics led him to become an instructor in 2018. As a professional trainer at NH3 Training Center, and with his RAI certification, Donnon excels at imparting knowledge in refrigeration, boilers, and Process Safety Management (PSM), elevating industry standards.
Donnon Tragethon, Instructor
Don Tragethon has been a highly experienced instructor in ammonia refrigeration since becoming a RETA member in 1988. His commitment to education is evident through leadership roles on RETA's Certification and Education Committees and numerous conference presentations. A recipient of the RETA Guy R. King award, Don is a pivotal professional trainer at NH3 Training Center, dedicated to delivering top-tier training informed by decades of collaboration. He received his RAI credential in 2017 and currently chairs the RETA Education Committee.
David Egger, Instructor
David is a Senior Field Services Inspector for JS Compliance, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the ammonia refrigeration industry. His knowledge covers the entire system lifecycle, from initial design and construction to maintenance and operation. He is an expert in regulatory compliance, including IIAR, EPA, and OSHA standards, and specializes in leading Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), comprehensive compliance audits, and incident investigations to determine root causes and prevent reoccurrence.
