Core Values & Beliefs

The "why" behind our passion within this industry.

Jet Stiffler, President & CEO

Jet Stiffler is a distinguished leader in Process Safety Management (PSM), bringing over three decades of regulatory expertise to the industrial refrigeration industry. Shortly after the inception of OSHA’s PSM Standard in 1992, Jet founded her first consulting firm, where she spearheaded Mechanical Integrity programs for major Houston-area refineries in direct collaboration with OSHA’s South Houston office.

Since pivoting to the ammonia refrigeration sector in 1999, Jet has become a cornerstone of the industry, founding and scaling two successful compliance firms—most recently JS Compliance, which was acquired by the Kelvin Group in 2024. Now serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Kelvin Group and President of the NH3 Training Center, Jet oversees the strategic evolution of compliance programs nationwide. She remains a premier educator, dedicated to delivering cost-effective, reliable PSM and RMP solutions that ensure safety and operational excellence.
